1. Acceptance

By creating an account on The Come Up, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Platform

The Come Up is a streaming lottery platform where registered Twitch streamers are randomly selected to be featured in hourly live stream rotations. Viewers can vote on featured streamers in real time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Twitch account to register. You must provide a valid email address and verify it before being eligible for selection.

4. Account Rules

• One account per person
• Your Twitch username must be your actual Twitch account
• No bots, fake accounts, or vote manipulation
• No offensive or inappropriate usernames

5. Voting

Voting is subject to a 10-second cooldown between votes. Vote manipulation, botting, or coordinated voting campaigns are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6. Content

The Come Up does not control the content of featured Twitch streams. Streamers are responsible for their own content and must comply with Twitch's Terms of Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The Come Up is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for stream content, voting outcomes, or any damages arising from use of the platform.
