When you create an account, we collect your email address, password (hashed), and Twitch username. When you use the platform, we collect voting data and usage analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform, send you notifications about your stream sessions, and improve our services. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt rounds. We use JWT tokens for authentication which expire after 15 minutes.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use local storage to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics at this time.
5. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your voting history and profile data will be permanently removed.
6. Third-Party Services
We embed Twitch streams using Twitch's official embed player. Twitch's own privacy policy applies to the stream player. We use Resend for transactional emails.
